check your email to begin the challenge, inside you will find a 4-minute video (must watch), where I guide you through the LONG SiGH® breathing practice.

Day 2
Listen to the demonstration audio of the sound of the LONG SiGH® breath.

Day 3
Listen to this audio and practice along with a group of members, in this pre-recorded group toning session.
