(Optional) HeartMath Biofeedback Practice: Connect your body to your Inner Balance training sensor, turn on your phone app, begin a 5 minute session on level 1.
Practice sessions begin –
Practice 5 second inhale x 5 seconds exhale, the silent breath practice for 5 minutes.
